What I loved about it was there was no ok I hyped up and jumped into this crisis and solved in LinkedIn beta energy, it was just like right, sounds like a problem that needs to be solved but a calmness around it - that this is a crisis and he trusts his team, but also they are gonna get through it. When I read i was like who the fuck is this guy this is great

I find it infinitely fascinating to see how well-regulated/adjusted/aligned people respond

LinkedIn beta energy is great coinage for describing one of the archetypes, I’m personally more like “this is fine” meme energy all the way which speaks to gross misalignment between my internal/external self 🫠
