I actually think that this is a translation issue, this is how a lot of apps in Japan work is they’ll say yes and no and it doesn’t feel awkward, so when engineers Ayres in Japan they just translate the app over and it comes off like this the cultural nuance doesn’t get translated. Also this is what happens if you just try to translate in English app into other languages by the way
