wondering how people do things here, which one are you? a. market first, launch later b. launch first, market later yes you can do both at the same time, but I will categorize that as "A" since its not completely launched but you already start doing marketing

Tried both, failed both. I like the idea if building the product first, then marketing... but honestly, if you are on here building connections you are already marketing.

yeah for me, I just don't want to lost a momentum. marketing kinda overkill, I just being here sharing the work and see how the market is pivoting so I can pivot my product pretty early as well my first launch was launch first then market later. but then decide to market it every time while adding sub-products
