these past few days, a girl went missing in my country, sadly, after 10 days they found her body, she had been raped and murdered by a man, i live with my brother, and he’s been away for a few weeks, i get overwhelmed with sudden fear and anxiety, in those moments, i rush to farcaster and try to escape the fear
until i was 18, i had never gone outside alone even for an hour, i didn’t have a phone, and the only thing on my mind was studying
when i got into university at 18, during my first month i took a taxi to campus, i didn’t know the route well and was looking at my phone, suddenly, the driver picked up two men, one sat in the front, the other next to me in the back
i was terrified, i grabbed the door handle to open it, but it was locked from the inside, i screamed, (let me out, i want to get off) but the driver ignored me

before they turned onto that road, i had already screamed and jumped around so much that my head was hitting the roof of the car, cars were passing by and could see me through the windows, but none of them stopped to help
on that dirt road, one of them held a big kitchen knife to my neck, i had no strength left to resist, and no voice, i was just crying.
they drove until they reached under a big bridge, where they were sure no one could see, they pulled out a large bottle of alcohol and started drinking in the car, the man in the front seat came to the back (through the door that couldn’t be opened from inside), they both pulled down their pants, wrapped my long hair around their hands, and assaulted me in the worst way possible
after drinking, they got out of the car, one of them said, (if you want to stay alive, let us finish what we started) i, with a cracked voice, was sobbing, begging him to let me go, i said, (i don’t understand what you’re saying) 1 reply

suddenly he grabbed me and tore my shirt so violently that all the buttons flew around the car
i was struggling when, out of nowhere, a very tall man, probably over 2 meters, showed up by the car window and shouted at them (you motherfucker, what are you doing to her?)
the two men outside were probably drunk and didn’t notice him right away, suddenly, the one inside the car grabbed a knife from the front seat and jumped out
all three had knives, they attacked that man and dragged him to a dark corner under the bridge, i was watching, frozen, so terrified and beaten that i couldn’t even get out of the car
they came back to the car, sat behind me, ripped off my earrings and gold necklace
they emptied my backpack and said, (we just killed someone for you, tonight we’ll take you somewhere where 50 people will rape you) 1 reply

i kept begging, giving them my dad’s phone number over and over, asking them to call him and ask for money to let me go, they kept hitting my face and arms
i had no strength left, i just watched 😔
then the driver, who hadn’t said a word until then, suddenly stopped the car and said, (throw her out)
a fight broke out between them, they were yelling horrible things, saying (no, she shouldn’t live)
the driver got out, opened the door, and one of them dragged me out
