What a beautiful garden,  I'm very curious about the potato towers,  do you find they have a better yeild?

Right on. I'm planning an unpacking video.  They are loaded right now, but I understand that if you leave them they harden into storage potatoes.  I'm waiting for the foliage to die back.

I guess I'll wait to see your harvest then, I imagine it's good if you want to economize on space 👍

I really couldn't tell you because it's my first time.  

The idea is that they should for the square footage that they occupy.  Each double tower holds about 150-200 trade gallons of soil. The footprint is roughly 3'x6'.
