Rule #1: Tips are not yours until they are paid out. Unfortunately there’s only farmers, 99% low/negative value adders focused on $degen tipping at this point and making them happy has negative effects for $degen. Ruthless execution. Focus on high value adders, finding the right incentives to grow. Then you can sprinkle some money/tips towards potential additional growth drivers for temporary max growth - until it’s overfarmed again. continuous value leakage ain’t it.
