Great Post on the organization, collaboration and knowledge growth/application since the Roman Empire. I could imagine that this is the first time where good quality controls, learning Loops and an ai Intelligence System changes the org structures for good. At the same time - as always - it comes down to who actually hires/attracts A-plus players that contribute, get fair pay + upside? — Higher Intelligence Network A new org of individuals collaborating, sharing knowledge (context files, workflows) and applying it to higher products and growth - tied to a shared token that represents equity in the Network and a revenue Split. Can the sum be bigger than its part? Can each participant get more than doing it on their own?
