I was actually afraid to see the same 5 gameable metrics again in this post (tvl, volumes, addresses, etc.) and was about to write "boring answer: metric depends on the project you build" but you included a couple of great ones like qdau, total value transacted by wallets, specific referral success KPIs that apply to various projects. A combination thereof should be great to look at for founders. 500 $degen
