Many people say stablecoins are neutral for crypto prices. But what if they aren’t? When stablecoin supply grows faster than borrowing demand, yields drop… and cheap borrowing can fuel leverage-driven buying. More stablecoins = lower yields = cheaper leverage = more buyers. Add in better liquidity and easier trading, and you might just have the conditions for a price squeeze.
