Question about building an audience: I love 1-on-1 chats & teaching (I’ve organised meet-ups and spoken at conferences), but filming myself or blogging unprompted still feels weird. Yet I’m set on growing an audience this year. How do you choose topics people actually care about? Any low-spotlight, pull-based formats you’d recommend?

I wouldn’t worry too much about what others think. People are attracted to what others are passionate about, and you’ll enjoy it more. I’d start with anything and start being consistent. Once you have something people will engage and ask questions, then you can cover those things if you like and repeat.
