It's the worst feeling when your AI assisted tooling suddenly gets stupid and you can't tell why. Has happened to me in the past with new models, editor updates, and config changes. When this happens, what do you do to debug? (I think a lot of this is just "know your tools" and "nothing is magic")

Feels very time-dependent. Sonnet 4 crushes it until 9-10pm PST, then it feels very degraded, almost with a different voice
