I know this is a product of me not casting/engaging much the last cpl days, but this gives me the same numbed out feeling I often get from twitter notifs - where I have 11 notifications —> click thru to find none of them really all that personal or meaningful to me. 

(yes the most recent notif is my doing with notifs on for certain users)

definitely, if you don't cast or reply then what do you expect

you become the sum total of your notifs, so plan accordingly

less notifs i guess. 

prob a nudge to just do some mini app notif purging
