Ukraine's President Zelensky signed new sanctions targeting 60 firms helping Russia bypass sanctions via crypto.  
55 are Russian companies, including miners, exchanges, and payment firms.  
5 others are from Cyprus, Kazakhstan, and the UAE—some already under US sanctions.  
Zelensky said as Russia's traditional finance routes weaken, crypto use grows.  
Ukraine aims to shut down all such funding channels.
