@jprat
This was my setup.
A shoe box.
My own box.
A bag.
That’s it.
No store.
No stand.
No excuses.
I carried everything in a backpack,
a bag in one hand,
and a folding chair in the other.
6AM.
Every day.
I wasn’t looking for a place.
I was looking for flow.
Corners with 4 directions.
Traffic lights.
People waiting.
In my head it was simple:
“If 2 people pass from each side,
that’s 8 chances.”
Then I made noise.
“Brand new! Sealed!”
If they didn’t buy the price,
they bought the guarantee.
I gave them my number.
I handled everything.
And I tracked everything.
Looks.
Patterns.
Micro-reactions.
Fractions of a second
were enough
to understand the scene.
That’s where the system started.
Not in an office.
On the street.
