in the world that is unfolding, implementation of software becomes cheaper, faster, more disposable. which means the scarce thing is no longer code the scarce thing is clarity of law not “what screens do we have” not “what stack do we use" but: what reality is this system making possible? what does it ask of a person/user? what changes because this exists? what remains invariant no matter how many clients, skins, or implementations are built around it? that is the master spec. and the center around which the idea is built into a practical reality it gives the user (and builder!) a map of the territory it proposes and gives them freedom to decide how to navigate it (following the constraints that are woven via this clarity of law)
