if it helps i feel as if my brain was going to explode, and a big part of me worries that it is something that is going wrong inside. but when i sit in meditation and am able to quiet the mind a bit, those sensations transform into bliss. have you tried practicing meditation with a timer and being disciplined about it? and with disciplined i mean completely equanimious and detached from labeling you as a “good” or “bad” meditator a session is one that happens, even if you spend the whole 10 minutes thinking about something instead of focusing on your breath
