it's never easy to prove runs online are fake, but i'd openly observe the following:
- /running never interacted with the @runnerbot team prior to them launching the app on their own. we've been posting our runs before there were rewards and will continue to do so when the bot is gone, inner circle (to my knowledge)
- 

i know it's a bit contrary to the crypto ethos of being open, trustless and accessible but humbly propose a few additional guardrails to the current flow without having to change how the bot works:

- requiring participants to share links on tracking app used in addition to casting an image of the workout, ideally not 

i addressed some easy red flags to look for in a back-and-forth with an account that was accused of cheating last week (fwiw, there were many irregularities in their performances)

additionally, here are some additional guardrails to the current flow without having to change how the bot works that i also proposed:

- requiring usage of a tracking app like strava set to public with *at least* one month of history
- requiring participants to share links on tracking app used in addition to casting an image of the workout, ideally not a screenshot
- highly prioritizing participants that use smart watches instead of direct to app uploads
- being absolutely ruthless with bans as the burden is on the participant to prove against suspicions
- perhaps a way to indicate irl run validation with notable /running members

i know these are at odds with the crypto ethos of open, trustless and accessible, but farmers have absolutely no scruples about trying to game you so...

then in the case of the runner app interface, i think there should be an option to manually delete your run records yourself, incase you wanna re upload or made a mistake uploading in the first place

i know i’m a new user to the /running community, but not new to keeping fit or working out, been actively using /griv to document my progress before joining this community 

if my 2 cents mean anything, all i’d just say is;
proof of going on the runs should be a priority, a short video from your run, if you’re an anon, could blur your face out

then outside just photos, links to the runs from strava should also mean something
