I believe this to be the case, especially when thinking in terms of all the legal overhead that is embedded in the process of trying to formally start something that makes you money using the internet as the window for that 

i trust merkle (the company behind farcaster) to do a much better job than me in taking care of that. so i can only focus on creating experiences that help users do something that they need to do. if farcaster grows and evolves, it will be the -simple- entry point for normies into crypto, and this onboarding will help us, builders. we are inside the trojan horse. and i trust the people that are riding it. that’s why i decided to build on farcaster
