Here in brazil we have a phenomenon happening that people are not even nutritionists or doctors in the health area, but they become famous doin tik tok things and starts to talk about diet and how they changed their lives with simple daily changes to be able to sell courses and e-books, it is absolutely bizarre

YES YES YES!!! Its happening all over the world and its scary! People who have zero accreditations talking about health on social media just to sell their slim tea or supplement or masterclass and it can literally ruin people’s lives. I’ve seen so many bad health takes online and its so sad cause they get so many views and people in the comments agreeing 😭

a core problem is that there is a lack of trust towards anything. I don’t trust doctors. and I don’t know who to trust tbh

Is there a specific reason for your lack of trust in doctors?

nothing rational and well documented that i could expose on a debate. it’s more of a gut feeling that arises as a consequence of going to many of them and receiving back a spiritual projection of imbalance, mainly expressed in a perceived and biased lack of holistic health the way they work is an aberration to the human spirit, and the medical system needs to change from the inside out. i have many friends that are doctors and i trust them, but i believe that colon cancer is a physical expression of a spiritual (emotional) and mental disease, more than a physical one. and doctors traditionally tend to put most of their focus and energy on only the physical (downstream) consequence of those ā€œhigherā€ imbalances (upstream) but i will go to the ER if needed with my daughter and family if needed. it’s extremely tricky to say that I don’t trust them, because it’s more nuanced than only that hope that my rant made a list a bit of sense. your question sparked in me something deep and i feel it. this is an important topic for me. especially because im existentially scared of being sick ironically

I understand where youre coming from and will always want someone to trust their own conscience and intuition! Im not fully onboard with holistic health but I do see the importance of it, and im glad you have doctor friends you trust and would go to the emergency room if needed as long as its your own feelings this is understandable. And what you said about colon cancer is arguable esp with the food industry but you do make a good point and im actually really in awe of your passion!!
