Week 13 of running a 5K until $ETH price hits $5K. 

My time this was a bit slower at 23:34, but considering how tired my legs are from snowboarding on Friday, I’ll take it.

I was slightly faster today, but didn’t pull my camera up in time to catch it right at 3.1 miles. 

I do feel like I’ve plateaued right around a 7:30 pace (give or take a few seconds). I know I can be faster, but I probably need to do some speed work or something to level up.
