1. read horror stories on /r/problemgambling to scare yourself 2. read books about investing to retrain your mind to understand the value of diversifying and protecting your downside 3. develop a deeper WHY around why you want to build wealth. if you truly care about your Why you will honor it. if you have a real reason to build wealth you will build it 4. find a somatic IFS practitioner who can help you heal the roots of addictions in the body. a good practitioner will help you uncover which parts of you are resorting to irresponsible gambling and why β rebellion? nihilism? self-sabotage? thrill-seeking? sense of unworthiness? etc β and will help you heal those parts

yes to all, but nothing prepares you for the rollercoaster that it means to move from 5k net worth to 100k net worth and then back to 8k etc. what crypto exposes us to is just a new array of experiences in relationship to money, and it is value to live them imo and also itβs important to know when it is gambling and when it is investing intelligently. yesterday $dickbutt was at 1.7M market cap. extremely cheap based on the perspective I have of it. so it was literally the best investment i could do with the fresh liquidity i had (already paid off because its up ~15% from what i bought it) so my language kinda hid smart investment behind gambling

word a lot here hinges on your risk tolerance, time horizon, etc most would not agree that pouring all fresh liquidity into a meme coin in these market conditions is the best investment you could make however sometimes high-conviction plays end up paying off big β and the best investors see patterns that most miss iβd say your biggest point of leverage is, if you manage to hit another big win that ramps you up to 100k+, if youβre able to pull out at least 50-70% of that and put it in BTC & maybe some in a high-yield fiat savings account or index fund, that would probably be a wise long-term move essentially the high-leverage move is learning to take profits on big wins and diversify into conservative long-term plays big Love & appreciation brother, thanks for considering my perspective. always fully believing in you & the magic of you doing you
