Starting a new mini app. What are the best starters out there and why?

Create mini app? Minikit? Neynar starter? 

Ideal boilerplate has:
1. share endpoint with dynamic images
2. simple manifest config
3. minimal stuff to rip out before deploying

i use orbiter miniapp but it is a static react vite app and i still can’t figure out how to work with different routes
