One lesson I'm definitely reminded of in the current job market is that...last weeks work, is this weeks momentum. In such a difficult market, when morality is low, only thing to do is trust in the process.

Likewise! Heard some huge anticipation for Farcaster recently, more than previously. Depending if Kaito takes monopoly on InfoFi, with loudio coming in hot, will really push people towards Farcaster as well I think!

Need some ideas for 'show, don't tell' in web3 job searching! Does anyone have some unique/createive case studies, stories of people getting hired in unconventional ways. Think hackathons, sharing resume with an attached article you wrote, opinion piece on company you want to work for, etc.
