Have you ever tried matcha brûlée? It has a perfectly crispy caramelized top, with smooth custard underneath and a hint of bitter matcha. It’s a beautiful fusion of Japanese and Western flavors — highly recommended! If you ever see it somewhere, you should definitely give it a try.

The top is like a brûlée(crispy top), and it’s made kind of like a crepe. You might only see this kind of thing in Japan.
