The idea of fractionalization is cool but all this hype around ERC404 gonna lead to people getting wrecked.
It's a new experimental standard mixing ERC20 & ERC721. Not even a standard though. It hasn't gone through audit therefore it is not an officially recognized Ethereum token standard
