4) Openness and courage to listen to life’s subtle guidance and act on it 

5) The capacity to listen to your heart-and-soul intuition and the faith to follow it 

6) The capacity to connect directly to the Sacred and align your life to a Sacred North Star

7) The capacity to slow down and be present

And perhaps most importantly,

8) The timeless art of true loving relationship & friendship 

For without Love, we will always be adrift in a desert of despair
