I've bought a large quantity of disposable plastic cups in bulk, and now I've achieved the freedom of using protein powder. In fact, sometimes I like to mix protein powder with yogurt or milk. If I use the ordinary drinking cup, the smell will become even worse...

new project — defuddle > de·fud·dle /diˈfʌdl/ transitive verb > to remove unnecessary elements from a web page, and make it easily readable. Inspired by my work on Obsidian Web Clipper I created Defuddle, an open source library to replace Mozilla's Readability in my projects. Defuddle extracts the main content from web pages. It's a bit more forgiving and tunable to my preferences. Notably, Defuddle uses a website's mobile styles to find unnecessary elements that can be removed from the page. still a work in progress but you can try it out in Obsidian Web Clipper 0.10.9, or install it via NPM

The recipe for Italian thistle learned in Italy is unforgettable. Today, I will share a recipe for Italian thistle called Roman thistle, roman artichoke， It is a traditional Italian thistle recipe! It's not roasted or boiled, but stewed with olive oil and white grapes, flavored with parsley and garlic, and can even taste the lemon aroma spread on the thistle! You don't need to add oil to soak the tomatoes, but what I ate in the restaurant added some, so I also included it in this recipe! Paired together, more layered!

We arrived in Kuala Lumpur, and our original plan was to check-in at several classic attractions. However, the small group of drivers we signed up for were locals and took us to some fantastic places. In addition to the super popular Twin Towers, he also took us to some unknown and niche check-in spots, such as Titiwangsa Lakefront Park, where we could take a leisurely walk by the lake and see the skyline of Kuala Lumpur! There is also the Tin Hau Temple recommended by the driver. The buildings inside the temple are super spectacular, and the photos taken are so beautiful that they explode! Another particularly interesting place is the old train station in Kuala Lumpur. The old-fashioned buildings have a unique charm, and there are not many tourists. Strolling around here gives a feeling of time travel, as if entering a movie scene!
