I recommend you check out Arweave Name System (ArNS) Site deployed permanently to Arweave and resolved to a permanent name that is accessible as subdomain of ~500 indenpedant gateways. Imagine ENS + eth(dot)limo but there are hundreds of incentivised gateways vs one centralised one meaning your site cannot go down Decentralised storage, naming and (importantly) access. Can do this in one click using arlink.xyz (templates available at arlink.xyz/template) or roll your own solution using - docs.ar.io/guides/permaweb-deploy Very happy to support on this but it's easy to do, same technical constraints as IPFS.

It depends how you logged in / connected. If you use the Wander browser extension wallet then you can select "always approve" when initially connecting the wallet. You can change that in the settings or by logging out of ArDrice completely and reconnecting.

Unfortunately the arweave site is tragically under-maintained (its not ours) but I will certainly suggest this to that team! Thank you!

This is the way! And we're working to make "ar://" even more robust: https://docs.ar.io/concepts/wayfinder

ArDrive team here! You can skip a couple steps and just do it all on the ArDrive CLI: 1. Create the wallet in CLI (no wander) 2. Skip getting AR tokens and use Turbo for the uploads so you can pay with ETH (or SOL, or ETH or Base, or even fiat) directly: https://docs.ardrive.io/docs/cli/using-the-cli.html#uploading-to-turbo-beta (ignore the "beta" part) Agreed it could be even more streamlined - will take your feedback back to the team if you have more suggestions!

that time (3 years ago!) Arweave was mentioned on the floor of the United States Senate - Arweave has had 99.9999% uptime in 7+ years of mainnet

For sure! Ill link a previous post of mine below which is pretty good for IPFS/Arweave but let me know if you have any followups. Re "permanence" for Arweave, I think of it as two components: indefinite + immutable. When you upload data to Arweave you essentially "pre pay" the network of nodes to store it based on the file size and the projected cost of storage for 200 years. That cost is very conservative so at current rates, the network is incentivized to hang on to your files for many times that (practically indefinitely). Re immutability, Arweave's mining mechanism also ensures that the file you upload remains unchanged/unaltered from the original. In addition the mining "game" rewards nodes that store as much data as possible. If any single node was to not store (delete) your file, then they risk not being rewarded. It would take the vast majority of nodes to delete your file for it to be removed. https://warpcast.com/jonniesparkles/0xf616f4c0 Hope this is helpful!

Nice! You need an ar.io/arns domain for that bad boy so it resolves like this: cosyworld.ar.io or cosyworld.arweave.net instead of that long txid hash. Check out arns.ar.io - let me know if you need any help!
