I've been thinking about a specific kind of pain I see over and over with founders:
You shipped something good. You're doing the distribution work — posting, launching, tweaking. But traction isn't compounding. Something's off and you can't see it clearly because you're inside it.
This isn't a "learn about distribution" problem. It's a clarity problem. You need someone outside the system to look at what you're doing and tell you what's actually broken.
The expensive version of this pain: 3-6-12 months spent on the wrong motion. Burned runway. Lost momentum. Pivot too late or die confused.
I'm thinking about building something around this — a diagnostic session where I assess your GTM and tell you exactly what's broken and what to fix first.
Before I do: does this resonate? Is this the pain you're feeling, or is there something else that's more urgent? Tell me where I'm right and where I'm off.
