been testing out dr. andrew huberman’s workout protocol… definitely not sticking to it 100% but worth the try:
- 3 days of cardio (1 HIIT day of 10-15 minutes, 1 medium cardio day - say 30-35 minute run, and 1 long cardio day - say 60-75 minute run)
- 3 lifting days (i do PPL)
- 1 rest day w hot/cold exposure
