Yes. Devs can access logged-in users details in ur app like how a connected wallet allows ur dapps to fetch the wallet infos. The app can behave based on these details. FC has defined a set of standards on what & how the app can render. So dev needs to strict to these and capabilities of these apps are limited by it.
