Minas Tirith maxed out: 100,000-piece fan build and an official LEGO set coming in 2026
A dedicated LEGO fan has built a custom Minas Tirith MOC using close to 100,000 bricks, featuring the full multi-tiered city, walls, towers and a massive orc army for the siege. It is a one-off passion project that took years and a small fortune to complete, so it is not an official set you can buy.
According to multiple leaks, LEGO is preparing an official Minas Tirith set, reportedly numbered 11377, with around 8,278 pieces, a price tag in the 600–650 dollar range and a planned release around June 1, 2026. The model is expected to join the LEGO Icons line and rank among the largest LEGO sets ever, with a seven-tier city build and a strong minifigure lineup including Gandalf the White, Aragorn, Pippin, Denethor, Faramir and Gondor soldiers.
