It's usdc for likes. I started at a penny then popped it up a bit last week. 
You can stake tipn to earn usdc. No lock up, can stake and unstake at will.
Then the tipping allocation, which is exactly like degen (tip in a reply) is granted weekly based on some combination of using all of the above.

And if someone tips you, like this:

100 $tipn

You can claim those right away, no waiting for an airdrop to get them.

I think so. I did set it up for some usdc tippin when I like stuff when i first noticed the app. I will do some more reading and stake the tipn I have. Fun mechanics!
