Gm Fam ☕ Happy Sunday 🌞 I'm trying to find some grace for myself as I struggle to recover from an illness. I feel the frustration of my expectations and desires weighing heavy as my body and mind won't do what I ask them to. What do you do when you find yourself frustrated? When it feels like the sun will not come out from behind the clouds ever again.

You go outside, right as the sun comes up and you look right at it, photons, right into the eyeballs. Do it with intent, for as long as you can. Proof the sun is there. As are you. 🫂 What's the worst that can happen?

Gm Joely ☕ I haven't done in sun gazing in awhile, that's an excellent idea. Little late this morning, but I will try and catch sunset today ❤️🔥
