i was 31 when i found out we aren't supposed to let conditioner touch our scalp when we're applying it to our hair

well, I never really did apply it to my scalp I realized after I thought about it, so I guess that's why my scalp is a-ok! phew! 😅 

I just apply it and work it in lightly then leave it a few, no scrubbing or anything like with shampoo.

might be worth looking into the reason why unless you've got your hair care routine sorted:)
