I know that sometimes I'm very critical, but I do it with the intention of improving things. Feedback is key to growth, and those who reject it often close the door to learning. I worked for several years at G2 reviewing critiques, so I understand how valuable it is to listen to different perspectives. My critiques are not attacks but opportunities for improvement
