Having kids, I find, absolutely makes you more efficient at work because it Parkinson’s law kicks in hard. You must operate under stricter time constraints and your output actually goes **up**.

I have four kids and this is the first I'm hearing about this. Maybe it explains why the days that feel the best work-wise are the days I'm able to wake up hours before everyone else and get cranking.
