Fentanyl, opiates, etc., yeah they are horrible and more dangerous on any given occasion 

but they are not nearly as accepted or pervasive as alcohol, far more families are impacted by alcohol than these others tbh

Preach! Alcohol is the silent destroyer. Silent veacsue its so accepted and embedded into just about every culture. We need to wake up to the responsibility of what this means for society and the cornerstone of all society, family.
