Extreme ownership is difficult because it demands total responsibility, even for things outside your direct control. It requires setting aside ego, blaming no one, and constantly asking, "What could I have done differently to improve this outcome?" This level of accountability can be uncomfortable, especially when failure is public, pressure is high, or others seem to be the problem. But itโs precisely in those moments that true leadership is forged. I've been going through this gauntlet once again. Won't be the first nor the last. But, I choose to live with integrity and respect for my fellow sojourners no matter the perceived cost ๐
