plan: -while we crab here: buy a modest amount weekly. -if we dump to new lows: increase buy amount/frequency, depending. -if we suddenly rip overnight: i'm still ~1/4 allocated, so just enjoy the gains -- tbh unclear if it'll be "we're back", or the biggest bull trap in history
