Down a bit on yesterday but still a generous amount. I really feel we need a more stable system that is less sensitive to change. Something that averages out over a longer period. Otherwise it feels like constantly treading water to stay afloat and people will get tired.

Feels like we playing a game, it should be organic and simple and stress free! Maybe I don’t want to have to stay active whilst I have a weeks holiday but if I don’t then I’ll be at zero again
