1. Make allowance require a 3 month lockup

2. Make part of allowance depend on amount staked

Additional solutions to reduce downward pressure on price: 

Instead of giving tips once per month 

Let received tips be claimable non stop, but make it so that whatever you get tipped, gets vested over 3 months at 1.11% per day

vesting? hmm not sure about that you see other projects that have vesting? all crash so if ever you have exactly 10k points for 1 month so you will only get 30% of it ? since total vesting is 3months
