Running

took a hit with an electric bike 10 meters into my run this morning, continued jogging a little bit after to "shake it off" (adrenaline does wonders)

but disappointingly the collision was not reflected in my heart rate tracking...

prolly my fault, but even prior to this i thought electric bikes are a bit dangerous at the speeds they can go on pedestrian routes!

Oh nooo! Hope it recovers soon and happy it  was not too damaging. 
Some bike ppl are monsters so weird.

got lucky with just a few scrapes

but my left side (where i got hit) is starting to feel it now! 😮‍💨
