I hope that helps but sticking to the routine helps a lot. We are in africa....people use juje so we get tired in their behalf...so me working out i make sure i am caring my own tiredness also. Win win....if i dey carry your tiredness and you go carry mine too. Lmao

You need a routine and then push yourself to follow that routine even when you dont feel like it. Like do 20 push up and sit ups (start small and scale up) when you wake up before anything else or join the gyn when you have the funds.

inactivity can make you feel more tired because your body and mind don't get the stimulation they need to stay energized
