for an application using base as infra, what card payment service provider is available for users outside the US?

yes, generally in the cents or tens of cents and with eip4844.com about to launch we are expecting a 2-5x reduction

thank you. in reviewing the fees section of the doc, i know base as an l2 is significantly cheaper than the l1, but if we are to put estimates, are we talking sub $1 type fees?
