i'm proud to announce Abundant Oakland — a new org I'm helping found to structurally fix the city's biggest challenges.

our goal is to increase Abundance: affordable housing, efficient transportation, quality public education and safe, accessible open spaces — for everyone.

as a 5th generation east bayer, and having lived here for the last decade+, it's clear that the current systems aren't working for anyone.

and we want to make them better: we're planning to spend $1m+ per year to drive long-term shifts for better policy outcomes in Oakland.

i'm excited to do this work as part of the broader Abundance Network, who's already driven incredible, abundant outcomes at both the California state and SF city level.
