Why does it need to be an L3? Couldn’t it be a short-lived “quest” that captures revenues or price accrual of some asset and then gives the ownership and decision making back to the community?

But running an L3 costs $3k/month. That too Fiat currency. 🤢 I wonder why it’s so expensive. I think conduit is expecting L3 to be like L2s with full on block explorers, high end RPCs, etc. But what you’re describing is a barebones L3. It should be $50/month to run that.

a different use case but similar theme hosting an event, poll or quest-like app (time-bound) where users register, write/receive info, get rewards and then export/store the outcome back on the L2 after the event is over

From a marketing perspective the level of tracking across each activity would be golden - not to mention the way you'd be able to pinpoint precisely where there's increased friction. Pair that up with A/B testing for messaging at each step and we've got full-cycle marketing on-chain. I get too excited about this
