YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE AT ROCK BOTTOM TO ASK FOR HELP. It’s not just for emergencies. You’re allowed to want support even when things are “fine.” Especially when they’re fine but feel empty.

I'm at rock bottom but so afraid to ask for help.. Afraid of what people might think of me. Sold my hard-earned crypto tokens but still not enough. Bills are piling up, electricity due today, my kids still aren't enrolled, food for the family, ahh so many things in mind🥹
