Day 27 of Fitcember - Core (catching up)
I ended up on my elbows for the plank hip dips and that made the exercise more fluid and more challenging.
Reverse Plank March 10 reps each side
Plank Hip Dips 10 reps each side
Bent Leg Lifts 10 reps
Bird Dog 10 reps each side
Plank with Opposite Arm and Leg Lift 5 reps
