On job satisfaction: As daunting as large projects can seem, it’s more than possible to see them through to the finish line with the right planning and a strong knowledgable team. I’ve been working on projects large and small and in-between for over 25 years. It really does all come down to planning and a committed team’s ongoing diligence to reach the goal. Our PMO (project mgmt office) has delivered year after year and it’s been a genuine pleasure to be part of high-performance teams. Combine that with a well-paying job and you’ve got the makings of a satisfying career. What do you do for a living? And more importantly, do you like doing it?
